Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing Time
Within 1–3 working days after placing the order, it is checked, approved and packed. The package is then prepared for transport.
2. Delivery Time
New Zealand: 5–10 working days
Shipping is handled by NZ Post.
All shipping times exclude any customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, deliveries may take longer.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer free premium shipping. This includes insurance in the event of theft, loss or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After shipment, the customer will receive an email containing a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do so, click on “Track Your Order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number does not work
It may take up to 5 working days for tracking information to be updated.
If the tracking still does not show information after several days, customer support can be contacted.
