Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
- On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods under a single order and these have been delivered together;
- On which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered multiple goods under a single order and these have been delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until:
- We have received the returned goods, or
- You have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods,
whichever occurs first.
You must return the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Reasons for Exclusion and Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- For the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured based on an individual choice or decision by the consumer;
- For the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- For the supply of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered after 30 days and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
- For the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:
- For the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery;
- For the supply of goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items due to their nature;
- For the supply of audio or video recordings and computer software supplied in sealed packaging if the seal has been broken after delivery.
